We customize our services to each client, and the scope of services dictates the price to each client.  Generally speaking our hourly rate is $20 per man hour for each person on a job, with a $50 minimum.

We have not raised our prices in the time we have been in business.  And, in fact, during these times we endeavor to give an estimate in your favor for a win/win situation for all.

We typically charge 19 cents per square foot for new construction cleanup with 1 window per 150 square foot included, and each additional window charged at $10 each.  However, if your contractor has paid particular attention to cleanliness throughout the building process, and the job is not as involved as usual, we are happy to adjust our pricing to match the job.

The charge for housekeeping is set on a per visit basis according to the requirements of the homeowner, with a preset schedule decided upon by them as well.

 We can provide all chemicals and equipment, use as many "green" cleaning agents as possible, and secure the home as per the home-owner's instructions.
